Brambleberry Farm

Nursery

About this nursery

Brambleberry Farm propagates Kentucky State University's trademarked pawpaw cultivars under license, and the trees are local pickup only at the Paoli farm: the nursery does not ship. The farm has been a permaculture experiment in the southern Indiana hills since 2003, when the family started a no-till market garden and began layering in the food forest of fruit, nut, and berry plantings that now feeds their nursery. It runs on hand labor rather than tractors, and the owners teach as much as they grow, with consulting, internships, and tours part of the mission.
