Forest ReLeaf of Missouri
Nursery
About this nursery
Forest ReLeaf of Missouri, a nonprofit, grows native trees, pawpaw among them, at its CommuniTree Gardens Nursery in Creve Coeur Park, St. Louis County. Anyone can buy its homegrown trees during short spring and fall sales, in 3-, 7- and 15-gallon containers, with all proceeds going to the group's free tree programs. An ISA-certified arborist raises the trees on site, at a nursery the Missouri Department of Agriculture certifies as insect- and disease-free. One species list covers every program, so pawpaw may not be part of every sale. Buyers collect their trees at the nursery by appointment.
