About this orchard
Hang Loose Pawpaw Patch is a young, pawpaw-only orchard of about 150 trees in Wilmore, Kentucky, planted by Matt 'Gotto' Menegotto and his family starting in 2022. First fruit is expected as the young orchard matures, and a waitlist for it is open. Menegotto got hooked on the fruit at the Lexington farmers market in 2017 and started the orchard to spread the word about pawpaws in central Kentucky. Farm tours can be booked for a look at how the fruit is grown.
