Rhedd Fruit Co. is a pawpaw revival project from an intergenerational farming family on 15 acres of Mississippi River bottomland in St. James Parish, Louisiana. The founder spent fifteen years sourcing pawpaw genetics from across the continent, and is building toward a public opening. The farm sells frozen pulp; seeds from its river-bottom trees, seedlings, and grafted trees of named varieties such as Shenandoah, Susquehanna, and Rappahannock are staged as pre-orders, with fresh fruit shipped overnight in season. Citrus, figs, and berries are planned additions, along with local pickup at the nursery.
