One Nature Plant Nursery sells native, organic, and edible plants, pawpaw included, from its one-acre garden center in Beacon, New York. The business grew out of an ecological consulting practice, began selling at the Beacon Farmers Market in 2016, opened the garden center in 2017, and moved onto its current acre in 2022; it is also a Certified B Corp. Pawpaw is offered as plain Asimina triloba in nursery containers, no cultivar name attached, and the listing sells the fruit on flavor: banana, mango, and papaya notes that never reach stores because ripe fruit does not keep. There is no mail order; plants are picked up at the nursery, and delivery is free within the City of Beacon but not offered beyond it.
